HKIA Letter to Secretary for Development regarding Policy Address 2009/10 - Initiatives on Conserving Central and Revitalization of Industrial Buildings

Subsequent to receiving two separate letter from Development Bureau informing the Conserving Central and Revitalization of Industrial Buildings, the Instiute sent the letter to Secretary for Development to express views on these two specific policy initiatives in the Policy Address 2009-2010.
