HKIA Peliminary Views on the Proposed Mandatory Implementation on Building Energy Codes submitted to LegCo Panel on Environmental Affairs

The Hong Kong Institute of Architects is being invited by the Panel on Environmental Affairs of the Legislative Council to give views on the Government's proposal on the mandatory implementation of Building Energy Codes at its meeting on 28 January 2008.
