Graded 2 Historical Building located on the top of Victoria Peak, Hong Kong. The building was built over 100 years ago as English student dormitories and was renovated to a fire station at 60s. Scope is to help ASD to establish "Heritage Information Modelling" (HIM) as a prototype using BIM technology.

Located in Central, Hong Kong, this is a 33-storeyed commercial development. The proposed GFA is 12,635 sq.m. for this site which area is 843 sq.m. Several teams share the cloud platform in different locations. Client, designer and consultant work with cloud to co-ordinate and monitor the program.

14-storey high student dormitory at Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, Tsing Yi campus, with total construction area at 19,152 sq.m. Drawings and models were produced with BIM technology and clash detection to find design errors for design improvement. 4D animation videos were produced from Navisworks for construction sequence testing.

A multi-functional building in Hung Hom campus, Hong Kong. BIM model for all discipline will be set up in Revit, clash detection will be done in Glue. The as-built model to be collected from contractor. After running through the COBie system, the model will be transferred to EcoDomus and Maximo for facility management.
