  3. Approaching the webinar time, please go to ZOOM and join the meeting by key in the Meeting ID.
  4. Please use your full name on ID card, with HKIA membership number, as display name, so that we can record your CPD hours.
  5. We will mute the audio of all participants during the seminar to avoid signal interference.
  6. At the Q&A session at the end, if you have question, please click the “raise hand” icon, and wait till the moderator or speaker invites you by name to speak (you will be unmuted by then). You may also type questions in the chat box of your ZOOM screen.
  7. The presentation will be recorded and put as online CPD in HKIA website.
