WONG & OUYANG (HK) Ltd is a well-established Hong Kong architectural firm with branch office in Shanghai with a growing portfolio of exciting projects in Hong Kong, Macau and the Mainland.
HKHA ARCHITECT
We are looking for Registered Architects registered under the Architects Registration Ordinance, and have satisfied the qualification of Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent.
The Architects should have experience in design and/or site supervision of architectural works.
The minimum working hours is 39 hours in 5 days each week, excluding lunch breaks and travel time between home and office or site. If a general public holiday occurs, the hours of work for that week in respect of the Architects may be reduced by the same number of hours which he normally works on that particular day. There will be no payment for outside office hours if his attendance is required to meet project requirements and programme.
The Architects shall carry out duties both in office and/or on sites for Hong Kong Housing Authority projects. The contract period is 9 months with possible extension of another 12 months.
