With regard to the Council Election 2025-2026, the voting package has been dispatched via post this week. Upon receipt of the package, please read the instructions carefully before you cast a vote. The user quick guide is attached to this email for your reference. Kindly return the completed ballot by mail or by hand at your earliest convenience, and the ballot shall reach the HKIA Premises by HKT 1pm, 30 September 2024 (Monday).

Since the QGM date was rescheduled from 19 September 2024 to 30 September 2024 and the ballot envelopes were printed prior to the change, please use the ballot envelope despite the incorrect deadline printed.

The Election Forum took place on 29 August 2024, and it can be revisited  here.

According to Rule 39 of the Institute, the result of the Election will be reported to the Third Quarterly General Meeting (QGM) scheduled for 30 September 2024 (Monday) 7pm at Craigengower Cricket Club, Happy Valley.
