COMUNICATIONS GROUP
- To define and articulate a cohesive narrative that reflects the core values, mission, and vision of the Institute
- To promote a positive and forward-looking image of the Institute to its members, the architectural profession, and the general public
- To create and implement strategic communication plans to facilitate effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- To strengthen the Institute’s presence in both local and international architectural communities
- To oversee the Institute’s publications, including the HKIA Journal, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the Institute’s professional standards and effectively engages its audience
- To propose and develop innovative digital and physical content that informs, inspires, and engages HKIA members and the public.
- To maintain the social media channels by regularly posting timely updates and engaging content to build community and increase outreach.
- To oversee the management and curation of resources in the HKIA library, currently housed at the HKIA Premises, to support members’ professional development and research needs
- To explore opportunities to expand the library’s offerings, including digital resources and collaborative initiatives with other institutions
- To lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive upgrade to the HKIA main website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and informative
- To ensure the website reflects the latest updates, activities, and achievements of the Institute
