The development consists of 3 residential blocks with 4 storeys each, 1,800 units in total, as well as 6 non-residential buildings with 1-2 storeys across an area of 23,337 square meters, with a total gross floor area of 39,307 square meters. Operating for 8 years, it is one of the largest transitional housing developments in Hong Kong utilizing Modular Integrated Construction (MiC). The scheme intends to provide social and welfare services to lower-income households, helping improve their living conditions.
