OMA OMA is a residential development embracing the “Forest Resort” concept, positioned atop So Kwun Wat Road, Tuen Mun. Nestled between lush woodlands and the South China Sea, the project consists of two 17–18 storey towers with 466 units sitting above a podium clubhouse and underground carpark. The preserved Banyan trees form a central landmark, while podium setbacks and stepped terraces integrate with the site’s natural topography. A cascading clubhouse with infinity pool and sky garden anchors the leisure lifestyle. Seamless indoor-outdoor transitions are achieved through timber-like finishes and natural materials. Located beside Tai Lam Chung Reservoir, also known as “Thousand Island Lake”, the site offers a tranquil coastal living experience with panoramic sea and mountain views.
