The design focuses on community well-being by incorporating health-focused amenities, sustainable landscapes, and inclusive social spaces to create a vibrant, intergenerational community.
The estate features universal accessibility elements such as age-friendly corridors and fitness trails, green living initiatives like native plantings and central lawn areas, and urban connectivity through pedestrian-friendly art works arcades and multipurpose covered space. The design also pays homage to Tuen Mun's ceramic heritage through material choices and art installations while maintaining modern functionality.
Notable features of the estate include covered exercise grounds, communal gardens, and flexible workshop spaces to support economic mobility. By following well-being guidelines, it aims to redefine public housing as a holistic habitat where residents can thrive.
