The Green Score Project is developed by the Henry Fok Ying Tung Group, covering a total land area of 530,228 square meters. The first phase includes both high-rise and low-rise residential buildings, while the eastern part of the second phase comprises high-rise residential buildings that extend the urban skyline along the south bank of the Pearl River. The project consists of 8 high-rise buildings with heights ranging from 81.5 to 94.7 meters, occupying an area of 6,337 square meters and having a floor area of 176,143 square meters. It offers a total of 534 residential units as well as eight duplex units distributed on top of each tower.
