The Kowloon Tsai Swimming Pool Complex is a redevelopment project for the existing public swimming pool located within Kowloon Tsai Park in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This project includes the demolition of the current outdoor pool facilities, upgrades to the access road from Inverness Road to meet Emergency Vehicle Access (EVA) standards, enhancements to the park's circulation as part of the pool complex, and improvements to the surrounding Bauhinia area near the project site.
The project site covers an area of 13,320 square meters, with a total gross floor area of the complex being approximately 16,132 square meters. The facilities within the pool complex include a 50m x 25m indoor heated pool, a spectator stand with 1,200 seats, a 20m x 20m outdoor training pool, an outdoor leisure pool, and associated amenities such as an entrance hall, a pool management office, changing facilities, and a filtration plant room.
