The Pantang Wuyue micro-renovation project is located on Pantang Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou City. The site covers an area of 44,308.00 square meters, with a total construction area of 53,064 square meters, of which 13,872.75 square meters are available for renovation.
The micro-renovation project preserves the "fishbone" village texture of Pantang. Through "co creation", it aims to unearth and restore intangible cultural activities and traditional folk customs, thereby promoting the cultural heritage of historical neighborhoods. The project also introduces distinctive traditional craftsmanship and youthful fashion business formats, creating a unique historical district that integrates cultural inheritance and tourism experiences.
