Lin Keming's former residence is located at 394 Yuexiu North Road, Guangzhou, with a building area of 378 square meters. it has two floors above ground and one underground floor plus an air raid shelter. lt is a private garden style residence designed and built by Lin Keming, the first generation architect in China, in 1935. lt combines the form of sloping architecture with early modernist style. lt is now a historical building in Guangzhou and a registered cultural relic protection unit in Yuexiu District, From 2022 to 2023. the old residence was renovated and revitalized, changing its original residential function and becoming the Lin Keming Old Residence Exhibition Hall open to the public.
