The renewal project of Grin Sunray Kindergarten in Jing'an District, Shanghai, aims to integrate the functions of a traditional kindergarten with a play space through carefully designed spaces and details. The core of the project is an atrium composed of 3D printed and molded GRG, with an overall height of approximately 14m, creating a unique visual effect. In addition, the project includes the design of kindergarten classrooms and ancillary functional rooms, classroom offices and research rooms, a craft and baking classroom, a science classroom and an outdoor activity area.
