Covering approximately 93 acres with a total construction area of 76,000 square metres, the Minxin School project was a collaborative effort led by Academician He Jingtang, a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering .The project, being the first inclusive school for Hong Kong residents’ children in the Chinese Mainland, adopts the educational philosophy of "Roots in Hong Kong, Heart for China, Global Outlook, and Broad-minded Thinking". The design follows principles such as "secondary ground level", "centripetal enclosure", "branch-like growth", and "three-dimensional landscaping". These architectural concepts resonate with the school's philosophy of unity and connection. The project successfully strikes a balance between high-density construction, high-quality spatial design, and a high-grade environment.
