The design brief is a 54970sqm commercial complex comprising one high rise tower and ancillary retail podium, with tower height restriction of 150m, named as Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Headquarters. It is located in Nanshan District in Shenzhen City, China. The program of the headquarters includes office, retail, staff canteen, property management, and vehicle charging station.

The client envisions the project not only to be an iconic landmark in Shenzhen Liuxiandong Headquarter Base, but also a cultural and multi-level communal space of this region which is in line with Client's Corporation image as a leading tech company advocating the concept of openness, cooperation and sharing.

The vibrancy of architecture stands not within the physical form but the inspiration it brings to people. Only when the architectural language aligns with character of the company and the functionality it requires, will the building become more than an office.
