The Pioneer Valley project was established during the early stages of Xiaoshan Innovation Polis. The owner had high expectations for the theme and image of this project, as it urgently hoped to create an architectural landmark for the new urban area and inject vitality into its development. Given this context, the main objective of the design was to create a landmark building that highlights architectural features while also extruding popularity and vitality within the constraints of aviation height restrictions.
