Located next to the South Third Ring Road at Yan Ta district in Xi’an, Lovi Centre is a 229,000sqm mixed-use development comprises two Grade-A office towers with a five-star hotel, connected by a large scale shopping mall. An ‘Urban Oasis’ is created by integrating natural rhythm into the urban fabric and introducing a layered vertical green experience at the podium. The design language extends to the elegant cylindrical form of the office towers conceptualised as the 'City of Flower' and fused with the seasonal-themed gardens at the podium to enrich the Garden City theme. The biophilic design and expressive use of colours contrast Xi'an's monochrome urban image, creating a benchmark of experiential retail and lifestyle destination.
