The concept of the block is intended to "anchor" the urban fabric and integrate the design into the city life.
The building of the memorial hall adopts the concept of "storing the Casket". As the main building of the cultural block, the Wang Zengqi Memorial Hall has an overall style of simplicity and modern simplicity. From a distance, it looks like seven stacks of open manuscripts, as if corresponding to the seven literary genres that Mr. Wang is good at, such as novels, essays, dramas, poems, letters, miscellany and art.
