Digital Transformation Journey for Project Management under AI Era
MTR has been undergoing digital transformation, transitioning from traditional paper-based processes to a fully digitalized project management framework and now prepare to enter into an AI-enabled setup. As Hong Kong is now undergoing a new wave of railway infrastructure projects valued at over HK$140 billion in decade’s time, this session will introduce the experience for a successful digitalization transformation journey, and also explore the integration of digital technologies across engineering design, construction management, and project delivery for project management success. A key focus will be the emerging role of Artificial Intelligence in reshaping the operating models of project managers. The discussion will also highlight the critical importance of data as the foundational enabler for successful AI implementation and digital project delivery.
