Join us for an exclusive technical visit to the newly completed CLP Kai Tak Headquarters, a notable example of sustainable and human-centric commercial architecture in Hong Kong.
Designed with references to traditional Chinese folding screens and Hong Kong’s sailing junks, the headquarters brings together cultural expression, low-carbon design and people-centred workplace planning. Its sustainability strategies include connection to Kai Tak’s district cooling system, rooftop solar energy, high-performance glazing, greenery, and the use of environmentally responsible materials.
Through dedicated sharing sessions led by CLP representatives and the project architect, followed by a guided tour, members will gain first-hand insights into the project's architectural concept, sustainability strategies, and user-oriented workplace design.
