Training dates:
1st – 05 September 2026 (Saturday)
2nd - 12 September 2026 (Saturday)
3rd - 19 September 2026 (Saturday)
4th - 03 September 2026 (Saturday)
5th - 10 September 2026 (Saturday) (Exam Day)
Training Time: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Training venue: BIM Studio, A2, 35/F, TML Tower, 3 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, N.T. (tentative)
Language: Cantonese supplemented with English terms
Learning hours: 36 contact hours + 20 self-study hours + 3 examination hours

CPD hours: 35 hours (7hrs per session)
Course completion requirements:
- Attend 32 hours or above
- Pass all Classwork, Subject Assessment and Final Exam
Course fee: $12,000 (HKIA / HKIA Academy members); $16,000 (Non- HKIA / HKIA Academy members)

Construction Innovation & Technology Fund (CITF)
Our HKIA BIM Pro Course (PBT24-001) is on the Pre-approved List, under the perpetual ceiling of $15,000 per applicant, CITF offers funding to applicants who attend BIM training provided by external course providers on a reimbursement basis, subject to a cap of $3,000 or 70% of the course fee per course, whichever is higher.
