HKIA 3rd Quarterly General Meeting 2026
Please be advised that the Third Quarterly General Meeting (QGM) of the Institute in 2026 will be held with details as follows:
Date: 15 September 2026 (Tuesday)
Time:
5:30pm – Reception for QGM
6:00pm – Meeting Reports, Announcement of the Results of Council Election 2027-2028
6:40pm – Reception for Dinner
6:45pm – Presentation of Certificates
7:10pm – Dinner Served
8:00pm – Dialogue Session with Guest of Honour
Venue: Craigengower Cricket Club, 188 Wong Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong
Guest of Honour: Mr. Michael Hok Shing FONG, JP
Director of Civil Engineering and Development and Commissioner of Mines
Format: Hybrid
Language: QGM - English
GoH Dialogue Session - English/ Cantonese
CPD hour: 1 hour
Fee: Free for QGM only; $200 for Dinner and the Dialogue Session (Pre-Registration requires)
Refund will not be available upon registration
Limited seats for physical attendance to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis
