Elevating Hong Kong’s Voice in Regional Leadership – Ar. Franky CHOI Kam Lung Elected ARCASIA ACSR Deputy Chair

During the 46th Council meeting at ARCASIA Forum in India, a major highlight was the successful election of HKIA BEXA member Ar. Franky CHOI Kam Lung as Deputy Chair of the ARCASIA Committee on Social Responsibility (ACSR). Upon completion of the two-year term, he will assume the position of Chair of the Committee.
Having dedicated years to the HKIA ARCASIA Committee and the ARCASIA Ar. Barry Will Award, his new role brings well-deserved recognition from the Asian architectural community and reinforces Hong Kong’s ongoing commitment to community-driven design.

“Grateful to ARCASIA for having me be the Deputy Chair of ARCASIA Committee on Social Responsibility (ACSR). This is my new mission for ARCASIA to have a wider connection with fellow friends in Asia for architectural collaborations and advancements. The serving at ARCASIA, including ACGSA in 2012-13, ACA-17 Organising Committee in 2015-16, ACSR since 2023 and Ar. Barry Will Award co-Convenor since 2021, allows the continuation of the presence of HKIA with other fellow members at this Asian front. Hope our co-creation and collaboration efforts be fruitful to the ARCASIA.”
