Introduction:
Queens Hill Estate is located in the rural area of Hong Kong at Fanling. The site used to be part of the abandoned barracks. Hong Kong Housing Authority regenerates it to a vibrant and sustainable community for over 8800 families.
The development is composed of seven high-rise residential towers and non-domestic podiums with comprehensive ancillary facilities to cater daily needs of residents. The project is highly distinguished by its inclusive community design, sustainable building design, tree preservation works and heritage conservation works.
The project was recognised by multiple building awards including Green Building Award, The Excellent Building Award, HKIA Annual Awards – Special Award etc.
