Donald Liao 廖本懷 and Ar. José Celestino Maneiras 馬斯華. We cordially invite members and interested professionals to join this Memorial Symposium, celebrating the profound contributions and lasting impacts of Ar. Donald Liao and Ar. José Celestino Maneiras.
