The tour will provide a firsthand look at how Swire Properties integrated biodiversity considerations and biophilic design into the master plan for Taikoo Place to create a vibrant and sustainable community. Key highlights include a newly completed 70,000 sq ft open green space, featuring a forward-thinking landscape designed by world-renowned landscape architect practice Kathryn Porter + Bowman and executed by local landscape architect Urbis LimitedThis space hosts over 220 native and exotic plant species, carefully selected in collaboration with Dr. Billy Hau, an industry expert from the University of Hong Kong, to enhance urban biodiversity. The tour will also showcase the master plan for the continued evolution of Taikoo Place into a leading global business district, benefiting both the working population and neighbouring communities.
