42 Tung St. comprises 13 units—9 simplex and 4 duplex—offering residents a unique chance to live just a short stroll from Central. Each residence is served by an individual lift lobby, ensuring a sense of privacy.

This event presents a rare opportunity to delve into innovative design and architecture in Hong Kong. Join the lead architects and design team as they share insights into the creative processes behind this remarkable space.

1. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot. Participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Each session is limited to 8 participants. Participants may indicate their preferred session during registration.
3. Participants are required to adhere to any health and safety protocols in place at the time of the event, including wearing masks if necessary.
4. Should you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to offer your spot to another attendee.
5. Participants agree that they are attending the tour at their own risk and that the organizers are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event.
6. The organizers reserve the right to make adjustments to the program as necessary, including changes to the schedule, location, or guide personnel.
