These elements are seamlessly integrated with green spaces and extensive recreational facilities with a comprehensive pedestrian connection network.
During the tour, participants will learn about the estate's unique design concepts, including its comprehensive pedestrian network with five footbridges that connect key areas, such as the waterfront and neighboring communities. Explore how Hoi Tat Estate incorporates sustainability, smart construction, and amenities that promote relaxation, recreation, and community bonding in the planning and design.
