Joint-Institute Forum for the 2025 Legislative Council General Election

An engagement with candidates for the Architectural, Surveying, Planning and Landscape (ASPL) Functional Constituency

We invite members of the four institutes to an election forum with the candidates for the ASPL constituency. This is your chance to hear their policy platforms and visions for our professions and Hong Kong's future.

Event Details:
- Date: 21 November 2025 (FRI)
- Time: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Registration starts at 6:30pm)
- Venue: Zero Carbon Building, 8 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong
- Mode: Hybrid (In-person at the venue or online via Zoom)
- Language: Cantonese, supplemented with English
- Registration Deadline: 19 November 2025 (WED) at 5:00pm
- Each participating member will be awarded 1 CPD hour.  ⁠

Registration Information:
- Admission is free.
- A confirmation email with details will be sent to successful registrants by the secretariat of their respective Institutes on 20 November 2025.
- A total of 35 seats are allocated to HKIA for in-person attendance. Participants registering after the quota is full will be assigned to online attendance.
- Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Physical attendances are for Full Members and Corporate Membership representatives of respective Institutes only.
- Members of remaining membership types are welcome to join the forum online
- Priority will be given to Full Members and Corporate Members of the respective institutes, where applicable, if the event is fully booked.
