An Election Forum is scheduled for 29 August 2024 (Thursday) at 7pm for candidates to share their aspirations. Interested members please register at: https://forms.gle/UQuVq8rdrtZoh3989.

Council Election booklet and ballot papers shall be issued in late August 2024. The completed ballot paper shall reach HKIA Premises by 30 September 2024 (Monday) at 1pm (HKT).
  
According to Rule 39 of the Institute, the result of the election will be reported to the Third Quarterly General Meeting (QGM) scheduled for 30 September 2024 (Monday) at 7pm, at Craigengower Cricket Club, Hong Kong.
