Renewal of HKIA Membership 2025

Thank you for your unfailing support for The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) through the years.  You are cordially invited to renew your membership for 2025 to maintain your bonding with the 5,000 plus individual members and some 180 corporate members. 

Besides being kept abreast of the latest developments in both the profession and industry, as a HKIA member, you can enjoy a wide range of benefits, including opportunities to participate in various educational, sports, social and networking activities, some of which are members-only events.  For example, we will continue to offer member exclusive CPD events and recap on our website’s Members’ Area. 

Membership Renewal Procedure

Please visit https://ma.hkia.net/en or scan the QR code on the renewal instructions to login with your username (the email address you used to register for your HKIA membership) and password.  If you have forgotten your password, you can click “forget password” to reset a new one for initial login. Upon successful login, please click the RED button “Renew Membership” to begin the renewal process.

Please be reminded to complete the below steps for your membership renewal：

1. Login to the online platform.
2. Click “Renew Membership” to start the renewal process.
3. Update your personal particulars and membership card photo.
4. Remember to choose your “Mailing Address” & “Means of Communications”.
5. Complete the job categories (if applicable).
6. Submit CPD declaration record (if applicable).
7. Choose the type of membership card.
8. Pay the 2025 membership fee.

Invitation of PA Examination Advisor

What’s more, we are inviting members to become our advisors for PA assessment.  If you fulfill the advisor requirements, you are welcome to sign up by clicking PA Examination Advisor Online Application Form or scan the related QR code in this announcement to start the application.

Reminder of Early Renewal

With your continuous support, HKIA will strive towards our goal of promoting architectural excellence and safeguarding the interests of the profession and our community.

Last but not least, please note that the renewal process may take up to eight weeks to process, and your membership card will be issued in ten weeks upon successful renewal.  Please also note that all renewals must be completed no later than 1 January 2025.
