HKIA/ARB Examination Arrangements during Bad Weather – PA 2026 (July) Paper 3 Building Structures
As announced by Hong Kong Observatory (latest news at 17:45), under the influence of an active southerly airstream and upper-air disturbances, the weather will still be unsettled tonight (7 July) and tomorrow (8 July).
Important Guidelines for the HKIA/ARB Professional Assessment Paper 3 (Building Structures):
- In the event that a Black Rainstorm signal is hoisted before 8:30 am on Wednesday (8 July 2026), please remain indoors or seek shelter in a safe location until the heavy rain has passed. If this occurs, the exam will be postponed to 9 July 2026 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm.
