2. Agreement & Schedule of Conditions of Nominated Sub-Contract for use in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (2025 Edition)
3. Agreement & Schedule of Conditions of Nominated Supply Contract for use in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (2025 Edition)

collaboratively developed by The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers, and expertly drafted by legal professional – Messrs. Pinsent Masons. This new contract takes into account the requirements of the recently enacted ordinance Security of Payment Ordinance, as well as valuable feedback from a series of consultations with industry stakeholders and the contributions of the dedicated members of the 3 Institutes.

While the new standard form is set for launch, please note that it may still be subject to minor revisions pending the further announcement by the Development Bureau on the endorsement and listing of the Adjudicator Nominating Body.
