The School of Architecture at CUHK is organising a rural school and workshop programme centred on Rural Placemaking, inviting those who are passionate about Hong Kong’s rural culture and hands-on practice to join us at Yung Shue Au and take part in the revitalisation and co-creation of the village landscape. Rural placemaking brings together design, local culture, and the natural environment to improve rural spaces and strengthen community connections.
Activities include village tours, material collection, and landscape-building workshops led by instructors from the Hong Kong Institute of Construction.
