SHE Sparks in Tech 2025
 

We are excited to announce the launch of the SHE Sparks in Tech 2025 Programme, an incubation programme to nurture women elites in AI & TECHNOLOGY, proudly presented by Junior Chamber International Hong Kong Jayceettes (JCI Hong Kong Jayceettes). This programme is structured to prepare emerging women leaders from diverse backgrounds, by fostering an AI and technology-oriented mindset, alongside expertise in ESG principles, with an emphasis on innovation, inclusivity, and women empowerment.

We are pleased to announce that this programme has garnered endorsement from the HKSAR Government via the Women Empowerment Fund, reflecting its alignment with the government's dedication to advancing women's empowerment in Hong Kong. As part of this initiative, we will be collaborating with AWS (Amazon Web Services) to bolster this impactful women-in-tech endeavor.

• Exclusive AI Bootcamp for HER (May 24-25)
• Private AWS AI Experience Tour & CEO-led Pitching Workshop (June 21)
• Personalized mentorship from top tech professionals (May - June, 2 hours online)
• Capstone showcase presentation (August 2)

• Age: 21-40
• Must be an HKID holder
• Priority considerations:
  • Working professionals from any industry with at least 3 years of work experience
  • Entrepreneurs with at least 2 years of experience in operating a business
  • Women leaders who are looking for a change in career or career advancements
