HIREA Awards of Excellence 2025 is now open for nomination and submission !

The HIREA Awards of Excellence 2025 competition organized by HIREA aims to promote the best practices and excellence in real estate management. The awards recognize and commend the success and management achievements of visionary organizations in real estate development, construction, engineering, surveying, property and facilities management, leasing, marketing, legal practice, financial and asset management, among others. The Jury Panel will include Legislative Council Member, senior government officials, senior executives of semi-government organizations, representatives of professional institutes, and university academia.

Total Six (6) Awards will be presented to the Award Winners as follows:

1. Gold Award – One Winner
2. Silver Awards – Two Winners
3. Bronze Awards – Three Winners

Announcement of results and presentation of awards will be made at the HIREA 40th Anniversary Annual Dinner cum Awards of Excellence 2025 Presentation Ceremony, scheduled in November 2025.

Submission Close On: 18 June 2025 (Wednesday)
