Joint-Institutional Sharing Session on Compliance Assessment (CA)

Introduction

In light of the Buildings Department (BD) latest revision of the PNAP APP-151, BSL has introduced an optional Compliance Assessment (CA) route to enhance the flexibility in performance assessment of green buildings.

In addition to the traditional BEAM Plus assessment in stages of Provisional and Final Assessment, the CA advances an interim assessment for projects undertaking BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 2.0 (NB v2.0) before the application for an Occupation Permit.

This sharing session aims to provide industry stakeholders with the latest developments and implementation details of the CA, with the goal of facilitating synergy and ensuring a smooth transition and preparation for project assessments.
