In the overall planning of the campus, the Library of Beijing University of Technology is at the center of the north-south axis. To strengthen the relationship and spatial sequence of the whole campus axis and reshape the campus etiquette axis, the rebuilt and expanded library will become an important node of campus fusion and intersection, providing a platform for communication between teachers and students. We prioritize sustainable development by thoroughly analyzing existing buildings, actively utilizing them, incorporating green technologies, and planning for future growth. Inspired by bamboo slips, we abstract its texture to form a dynamic facade form, produce rich light and shadow effects, and enhance the cultural connotation of architecture.
