The campus of Shenzhen Technical University is located in Pingshan New District, Shenzhen. To the west is Pingshan Environmental Park, to the east is Luzi Avenue, to the north is Nanping Express Highway (Phase III) and to the south is Jinniu Road. The site area of the project is 60,130.82 ㎡, with a gross building area of 967,980 ㎡, of which 803,080 ㎡ are building areas calculated by plot ratio. The campus site is surrounded by beautiful natural environment, with Tiantou Mountain and Maluan Mountain at the back, and Yanziling Wetland Park and Julongshan Wetland Park at its west and north sides, and the Pingshan River and its tributaries passing through the site.
