The project is in the eastern part of Haixinsha Island in Guangzhou, surrounded by the river on three sides. It connects to Huacheng Square in the north, overlooks the Canton Tower in the south, connects to Ersha Island in the west, and faces the Pearl River in the east.

The hotel site covers an area of 15,823 square meters. The original building had a survey-mapping area of 22,644 square meters, and after renovation, the total construction area is 32,102 square meters.

The hotel project consists of 4-6 floors above ground and 1 underground floor. The building height ranges from 12.10 meters to 17.40 meters. The first and second floors include commercial spaces, hotel lobbies, restaurants, fitness facilities, swimming pool, and outdoor public corridors. Floors two to six are designated for guest rooms, and the underground floor houses equipment rooms.
