The project is situated in Qianshao Farm, Dongping Town, Chongming District, Shanghai, where two rivers converge, creating a distinctive deltaic landform. The northern farmland and existing industrial buildings on the site evoke memories of collective living during the educated youth era. In response to regional development needs, the project integrates flood control measures with ecological landscapes, public spaces, and buildings, aiming for a comprehensive design that transforms the area into a resort park with diverse functions, including exhibition centers, conference facilities, and guest rooms.
