The project is designated to serve as a key venue for the International Summit of Great Rivers Civilizations and significant national diplomatic activities. Situated in the quarry tailings area on the northeast side of Gaofeng Mountain, the site spans approximately 271 mu (about 180,667 square meters) with an elevation variation exceeding 40 meters. Adhering to the principle of "prioritize protection with light interventions," the design takes advantage of the site's elevation difference and terraced landform, to create a three-dimensional tableau of mountains, water, and ecological gardens and seamlessly blend the large-scale conference complex into the surrounding environment, reflecting Chongqing's distinctive landscape features. This design shapes a conference space layout that embodies "local landscape and etiquette," facilitating international exchanges on ecological civilization, and promoting Chinese practices.
