The total construction area of this project is 7840 square meters, located within the Majiabang Site Protection Zone. The design of the museum extracts the original residential landscape of the settlement and the layout of the Jiangnan courtyard, and through the recombination and interpretation of the "settlement and courtyard", establishes a cross temporal and spatial understanding with distant civilizations. The site preserves large areas of natural wilderness and water resources, and the natural texture of the surrounding environment is integrated into the architectural form through reasonable translation. Therefore, the entire building is hidden in the natural environment in a low-key manner, fully reflecting the building's respect for the Majiabang cultural site.
